About Magentrix

Magentrix is a platform (PaaS) that offers two products: 

  1. Partner Relationship Management (PRM / partner portals) 
  2. and Customer Portals.

Please note:

  • While this is a remote role and we encourage all to apply, we will prioritize top candidates who are able to come into the office a couple of times a week, when requested.
  • The office is in Thornhill, Ontario, Canada.

We’re looking for a full-time candidates with a minimum of 7 years of experience in demand generation in B2B SaaS.You'll be reporting to and in collaboration with the Head of Marketing, in your role as a Demand Generation Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Messaging refinement and development:some text
    • Contributing to our messaging campaigns
    • (adding to existing ones and identifying new points of interest to create a campaign around by regularly tuning in to and tracking customer & market insights).
    • Collaborating with Product Marketing to be able to understand the minds of our buyers to create authentic conversations that resonate.
    • All messaging should be created with the following in mind:some text
      • How do we get the market to know everything about our product?
      • How do we get the market to have an affinity for our company?
      • How do we get the market to believe in our vision for where the world is going?
      • How do we evangelize the category so well that the market sees us as the category leader?
      • How do we get our target audience's attention?
  • Content creation & distribution:some text
    • Creating content with a foundation of quantitative and qualitative insights that will help us move towards the ultimate goal of: “How do we get more people to come to us, ready to buy?”
    • Distributing content on multiple channels that are aligned to our target audiences.
    • Content creation will include: organic LinkedIn posts, posts in communities, blogs, and occasionally, other formats
  • Paid efforts:some text
    • Assist in and maintain specific aspects of our advertising program (you won’t be managing the entire operation, just some aspects)
  • Continuous Improvement:some text
    • Always strengthen practices while evaluating the latest B2B marketing trends, and technologies you may need, in order to optimize your processes.
    • Experiment and optimize tactics
    • Consistently improving output to move closer towards desired outcomes.
  • Analysis:some text
    • Track analytics & create reports on demand creation efforts
    • Analyzing outcomes, drawing insights, identifying areas of improvement and presenting results clearly to inform decision-making.

You should have:

  • Strong b2b SaaS marketing experience
  • Experience in creating demand generation strategy and plans
  • A proven track record of creating demand
  • Ability to write clearly, concisely and not use buzzwords
  • Strong ability to reel the reader in with the first 1-3 lines of a LinkedIn post
  • Ability to conduct thorough and reliable research
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach: Can analyze and pull meaningful insights from both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Strong *data synthesis* skills to sort through your findings
  • Strong data management and organizational skills
  • Excellent understanding of how to analyze and optimize marketing channel analytics
  • Experienced in marketing technology and automation systems
  • The ability to successfully coordinate, and direct multiple stakeholders, details, and timelines toward a specific goal
  • Follow modern marketing practices (e.g. the Refine Labs’ philosophies)

Nice-to-haves:

  • A solid understanding of the who, what, how and why of going to market via partnerships (this will be essential to target audiences’ needs but it can be learned along the way)
